Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Reception Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the main reception area, ensuring that it is welcoming and well-maintained at all times. You will also manage contractors and associated paperwork, as well as visiting company representatives. Additionally, you will deal with queries from visitors and guests, controlling large numbers of keys being issued to staff members and monitoring and adjusting access control systems. Other key duties include assisting patients if required, monitoring and controlling Fire systems, and enforcing company rules and policies.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a busy environment, and work closely and report to site supervisors daily. You should also have the ability to work on your own initiative, handle emergencies effectively, and consult with authorities when necessary. A valid Private Security Authority License - Static, minimum 6 months industry experience, basic IT skills, healthcare experiences and the ability to work day/night shifts are essential for this position.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Must hold a valid Private Security Authority License - Static
* Minimum 6 months industry experience
* Basic IT Skills, be comfortable Operating software applications
* Healthcare experiences an advantage
* Manage front of house reception / Information desk
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Flexibility around working hours and day/night shifts
