Group Hotels Marketing Manager – Louis Fitzgerald Group

Due to our continued growth and development, The Louis Fitzgerald Group (Hotels Division) is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to shape and lead the marketing strategy across 3 landmark hotels in Dublin and Cork.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel marketing, experience managing multiple projects/properties, and a proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies and campaigns.


About The Role


Key responsibilities of the role include:

1. Responsible for the creation, execution, and performance review of all marketing activities and campaigns across all channels including on-site, websites, email marketing, digital marketing, and social media for the hotels and outlets (restaurants, bars, spa).
2. Management of the hotels’ external agencies across digital, social, graphic design, and PR.
3. Safeguarding and ensuring compliance with the hotels’ brand guidelines and corporate identity across all touchpoints (physical and digital).
4. Supporting the revenue and sales teams’ objectives with aligned marketing plans.
5. Managing the marketing budget in line with the overall marketing objectives to ensure an effective return on investment.


Requirements of the Role

1. Significant marketing experience with a proven track record within the hospitality industry.
2. Deep understanding of hospitality marketing, especially digital marketing.
3. Experience managing, briefing, and assessing the performance of external agencies (digital, social, PR).
4. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
5. Confident and dynamic personality capable of managing multiple stakeholders and campaign/project deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to copywrite for web, social, and digital platforms.
8. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
9. Experience in measuring and reporting marketing performance continuously.
