General Sales Manager Spirit Motor Group is seeking an experienced New Sales Manager to join our Ford Team in South Dublin. Working from one of our state-of-the art retail spaces in Sandyford, Dublin the successful candidate will join our highly motivated and talented team of sales professionals. Role requirements A minimum of 2-3 years sales management experience in a target driven environment - Motor Industry is essential. Oversees sales by ensuring prospecting and follow up activities are conducted by the Sales Team An ability to assess dealership sales performance, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales processes, increasing revenues, and driving the sharing of best practices across the sales department. Strategically sets objectives and reviews sales and performance reviews whilst identifying future trends Formulates and communicates sales targets to each executive You will need to be an influential, analytical, and motivational leader who coaches the sales team to achieve and exceed financial goals and shares our ambition for further success. Plans and implements marketing strategies with the marketing department Assist HR with employment relations, recruitment & selection and people agenda queries Conducts regular meetings and updates on any changes with team Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrate commitment to learn and grow, by completing professional development courses Fluency in both spoken and written English.
