Trust & Safety Analyst

We are currently supporting a global technology organisation in the search for an experienced Trust & Safety Analyst to join a high-performing team focused on protecting platform integrity and combating online abuse. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded professional with experience in fraud investigations, abuse detection, risk operations, or trust & safety environments to work on complex challenges at scale.
Key responsibilities
Investigate abuse patterns, fraudulent activity, and emerging threats across a large digital platform.
Identify product vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Conduct detailed reviews of user accounts, content, and associated activity to enforce platform policies.
Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and indicators of abuse.
Use SQL to perform investigations and generate actionable insights.
Lead and support projects focused on reducing harm, improving operational processes, and strengthening platform integrity.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive recommendations through to implementation.
Manage escalations, resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What We're Looking For
4+ years' experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk Operations, Financial Crime, Integrity Operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience conducting investigations into fraud, abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
Ability to identify trends, communicate insights, and influence decision-making through data.
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred Experience
Online platform integrity, digital safety, or abuse prevention.
Ad fraud, account integrity, marketplace fraud, payments fraud, or related investigations.
Data analytics, statistical analysis, or machine learning exposure.
Experience working within global technology, internet, fintech, or e-commerce organisations.
