BIM Coordinator Job Description
* Our organization is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects.
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with BIM software, including Revit, NavisWorks, and AutoCad.
* They will also possess knowledge of the BIM 360 platform and Solibri, as well as a deep understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and industry BIM protocol.
* A construction related third level degree in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture or Structures is essential, with honours preferred.
* The successful candidate will be able to work independently, lead coordination meetings with project stakeholders, and quickly adapt to new software systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are required, as well as being a team player who is a good multi-tasker and flexible in adapting to challenging construction site environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage BIM-related tasks and projects effectively.
* Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows that enhance project delivery.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM documentation and records.
* Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
Required Skills:
