Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Role Overview The Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial team across all stages of project delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated QS graduate or early-career professional looking to build their expertise in commercial construction environments.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
Support material take-offs and measurement work.
Assist with issuing enquiries and gathering subcontractor/supplier quotations.
Post-Contract Help prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and variation costings.
Support the management of subcontractor payments and administration.
Assist with cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Attend site meetings and contribute to progress measurement and verification.
Maintain accurate records for contract administration and project reporting.
Skills & Experience Required Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar.
02 years experience (placement, internship, or graduate role an advantage).
Strong interest in commercial construction (office, retail, industrial, education, etc.).
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of QS software is beneficial.
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
