As a Line Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding a team of colleagues to provide outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to create an inspiring and welcoming environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
* Create an engaging atmosphere for colleagues and customers alike
* Take charge of store operations when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager is not present
* E nsure your team receives comprehensive training and validation in their roles
* Promote a culture of open communication, trust, and respect
* Counsel and manage colleagues to help them meet daily priorities and stay on schedule
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to achieve key objectives in fast-paced environments
* Adaptability and agility in thinking
* Previous retail experience in a similar role preferred
