Certified experts in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry are sought after to provide high-quality Consultant-led Mental Health Services.
This position requires a senior-level candidate with extensive experience in investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Key responsibilities include delivering high-caliber services, managing and leading a multidisciplinary team, and participating in an on-call rotation.
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Registered with or in the process of registering with the relevant professional body, Specialist registration required.
2. Demonstrate expertise in investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
3. Display evidence-based clinical knowledge in making decisions regarding client care.
4. Demonstrate effective planning and organizing skills.
5. Demonstrate effective communication skills.
6. Demonstrate awareness and appreciation of the service user.
7. Demonstrate leadership and team management skills, including working with multidisciplinary team members.
8. Demonstrate ability to empathize with and treat patients, relatives, and colleagues with dignity and respect.
