Job Title: Executive Sous Chef
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large team of Culinary professionals in their service delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure that the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained in the kitchens and associated areas in line with current legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a leader of a substantial kitchen brigades with responsibility for food production and labour management.
* 5+ years experience in a 4* or 5* hotel - people development / finance / stakeholder management.
* Proven track record in multiple high-volume kitchens - scale / innovation.
