Indian Aagrah, 89 Sundays Well Rd, Sundays Well, Cork, Ireland, is seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen.
Position Details:
* Full-time permanent position
* 39 hours per week
Requirements:
* Must have at least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience
* Ability to work in a busy kitchen
* Good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
* Ensure food quality and timely production for customers
* Assist in managing kitchen stock
* Support the head chef and senior chefs during service
* Maintain kitchen health and hygiene standards
* Cook food to order
* Manage a section of the kitchen with junior chefs
Salary: 30,000 Euro per annum
