About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer – API & Integrations, you will be responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with troubleshooting API integrations, payment flows, and technical issues.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, experience working with APIs, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide technical support for customers and partners integrating with NoFrixion's APIs.
-Troubleshoot API-related issues, including authentication, rate limits, data mapping, and performance bottlenecks.
-Analyse and resolve L2 support queries.
-Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
-Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for API integrations and troubleshooting.
Experience & Skills
Several years of experience in technical support or software engineering for a SaaS product.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Strong understanding of APIs (REST), CURL and integrations with third-party platforms.
Experience with debugging tools, API monitoring, and log analysis.
Proficiency in C# .NET or Python, or would be a plus.
Experience with financial services, payments, or EMI is preferred, but not mandatory.
