We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Property team.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have proven experience (5-10yrs) in construction project management within retail, commercial, or mixed-use environments. They will possess strong leadership skills including budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in project management tools and software based on Ireland regulations.
The role requires assisting with coordination between external third-party authorities consultants contractors internal stakeholders ensuring all projects meet relevant building safety fire requirements managing budgets timelines contractor performance maintaining accurate documentation record-keeping.
