About the Role:
The Building Services Engineer position is responsible for managing and coordinating all phases of the MEP services project delivery cycle. This includes overseeing electrical/mechanical activities, coordinating design team information, ensuring implementation of MEPL services IPEP management plans, liaising with subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
This role requires an individual who can manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical thinking abilities will also enable you to make informed decisions quickly.
