As a Revit Technician/BIM Designer, you will play a key role in developing coordinated, high quality digital models that support the design and delivery of cleanrooms, laboratories, manufacturing suites, utilities, and support infrastructure.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary engineering environment and enjoys using Revit to solve design challenges in highly regulated, fast moving project settings.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed Revit models for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines depending on project needs.Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and construction documentation to Jacobs' BIM standards.Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and process specialists to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.Support BIM coordination activities, including clash detection and model federation.Maintain model integrity, version control, and compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Assist in developing and maintaining Revit families, templates, and content libraries.Participate in design reviews, model walkthroughs, and digital coordination meetings.Ensure all work adheres to GMP, safety, and Life Sciences regulatory expectations.Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and digital delivery practices within the team.Here's what you'll needStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, MEP, or Structural).Experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, industrial, or large scale building projects is an advantage.Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and common data environments (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Strong communication skills and comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment.A relevant qualification in in building services or mechanical engineering or a related technical fieldJoining Jacobs not only connects you locally but globally.
