Order Management Support
Our client is seeking a skilled individual to provide primary support in their Order Management department.
Job Description:
* Be the primary contact for business-to-business customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
* High attention to detail is required as administration tasks are crucial to the role.
Prioritization and multitasking are essential skills for this role. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and possess excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bilingual Italian speakers with strong communication skills.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.
