As we continue our journey toward becoming Irelands most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Financeteam in Lucan as a Commercial FP&A Accountant.
As theCommercial FP&A Accountant you will support & drive the corporate owned stores churn framework.
Key member of the Musgrave Rertail Services Acquisitions and Integrations team responsible for onboarding new stores and delivering projects on time Contribute to the development of operational and governance frameworks tailored to each store entity structure.
Compile and finalize apportionment accounts in line with MRS hard close reporting requirements (in conjunction with the Financial control team) Partner with the Head of Cedarglade on relevant operational and financial matters, ensuring successful commercial onboarding of stores.
Understanding balance sheet impacts of acquisitions Providing clarity and insight to the business on the Acquisitions/ Divestments agenda.
Support on Commercial Initiatves: Develop and deliver accurate MRS projections of store performance with key assumptions clearly understood and outlined for inclusion in Credit Committee Approval Requests Attend regular review meetings with key stakeholders including MRS Strategy & Growth Manager, MRS Senior Leadership Team and present business cases for approval to drive the strategic direction of the business Understand internal and external factors that drive the Retail business Work closely with the wider MRS Local Finance team to align on key performance indicators and business objectives Other strategic project work as required by the business What we're looking for: A minimum of 3 years PQE Commercial acumen essential Advanced excel skills essential Highly numerical and analytical Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence Ability to drive change in the work environment be an innovator Ability to work under pressure, keep within tight deadlines and multi-task Flexible and dependable What we Offer atMusgrave: Career Development: With a commitment to your personal and professional growth, Musgrave offers numerous opportunities for advancement and learning.
