As the successful applicant you will gain excellent commercial exposure including ownership of business financial performance and partner with the Senior Leadership Team to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the commercial finance director to drive business performance.
Support the launch of new product formats and the acquisition of new customers.
Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis, comparing actuals to budgeted.
Identify key actions to address variances and work with colleagues to resolve them.
Support the Budget, Forecast, and 3YP processes.
Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams.
Prepare financial analysis of prospective new customer and product opportunities.
Proactively highlight opportunities for financial process improvements.
Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build user-friendly models.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
