Position Summary
NeoDyne recruits a Graduate Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join the Transmission & Distribution team in Cork.
As a full-time permanent contract you will work on real projects, develop technical skills and contribute to the business while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits.
What will I be doing?
Prepare coordinated drawings covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and structural elements, including AGI design for gas transmission.
Carry out Power Systems studies: load estimates, protection coordination, cable sizing and steady-state/transient electrical studies for proposed renewable generation.
Generate technical documentation and specifications for transformer, RTU, gas analysis, instrumentation equipment.
Travel to customer sites for installation, testing and commissioning of SCADA and control systems.

Required Experience & Skills
Level 8 Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
Experience developing electrical schematics using AutoCAD, EPLAN or similar.
Full driver's licence and own transport for site works.
Desired
0-3 years' experience in a similar instrument/electrical design role or work placement.
