The Role As a Customer Support Specialist, youll become a trusted product expert, supporting German-speaking customers and helping them get real value from the platform. You will: Develop deep expertise in a leading SaaS product Support customers via email and live chat, delivering a high-quality, empathetic experience Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, and workflow-related issues Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users Guide customers on broader topics such as marketing, sales, and e-commerce setups Document solutions and contribute to shared knowledge bases Work in an AI-enabled support environment, helping to build smarter, more efficient workflows ?? What Were Looking For Must-have Fluent German and English (written and spoken) At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (tech or SaaS experience is a strong advantage) Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving Flexibility to work occasional shifts (8am4pm or 10am6pm) Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available) Nice-to-have Exposure to APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics Experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or similar ??
