Lidon Group has a vacancy for an experienced Facilities Manager to help expand our business.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join an expanding business group, which is operating in forecourt retail and motor industry.
The ideal candidate should be energetic and driven, with a minimum of 5 years Facilities Management experience.
Ideally candidates for this role will have project management or engineering qualification and management experience working in a 24 hour fast paced hospitality or retail environment.
Candidates must have a proven track record of maintaining facilities to their highest level.
This is a senior management role within the company and involves management responsibilities for facilities team members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, costing, implementation and delivery of a number of project, as well as the day-to-day facilities management and preventative maintenance on existing facilities, including Health and Safety compliance, Fire Safety, and security.
Function of the role: Management of facilities across multiple sites Key areas of responsibilities will include the following Full responsibility for facilities asset management and maintenance Project planning and management of existing facilities to ensure all aspects of site facilities are operating efficiently Sourcing contractors and suppliers for building refurbishments and ensuring work is completed to standard and within the budget Liaising with contractors and local authorities Statutory compliance of site services Ensuring sites are secure and legally compliant Responsible for a call-out system for emergencies, security and alarm-related call-outs Mechanical services repair and renewal management To manage standards and introduce innovation as required in line with best practice and business and legal requirements Health Safety compliance and management Fire safety procedures and compliance Employee Benefits: 60% Staff Discount Employee Referral Scheme Free On-site parking Bike to Work Scheme Competitive package for the right candidate ***We do not require the assistance of recruitment agencies at this time***
