Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a professionally qualified (SCSI / RICS) Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in project coordination and client-facing delivery.The successful candidate will have experience across the full range of quantity surveying services and be confident dealing with clients face-to-face while managing projects through to successful completion.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and chair site meetings through to project delivery across a range of projectsPreparation of cost plans and budget estimatesValue engineering, identifying risks and opportunitiesPreparation of Bills of QuantitiesTender review and evaluationAssessing interim valuation paymentsNegotiating and agreeing variationsCost reportingFinal account settlementReporting to key stakeholdersRequirementsBSc Degree in Quantity Surveying5+ years' experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a PQS / consultancy environmentProfessional membership of SCSI or RICSStrong communication and presentation skillsComputer literate with strong MS Office skillsAbility to manage projects independently and liaise directly with clientsPackageSalary €90,000 – €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications26 days annual leaveHybrid working: 2 days per week initiallyFlexibility to move to full-time remote working following successful probationPermanent staff role with long-term career stabilityPaid professional membership subscriptionsConfidential & Exclusive RoleAll applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.Job Type: Full-timePay: €90,000.00-€120,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: In person
