Hybrid working options.Job ResponsibilitiesTranslate strategy into engaging, modular learning solutions for medical associates and stakeholdersDesign and develop learning content, toolkits, and facilitator guides to support activation and country-specific implementationCollaborate with program managers and local leads to adapt learning materials for diverse markets and brandsSupport the integration of digital platforms and tools for learning delivery and analyticsFacilitate design sprints, prototyping, and iterative improvement of learning assetsEnsure learning solutions are aligned with governance, scientific communication models, and operational frameworksTrack and report on learning engagement and outcomes to inform ongoing enhancementsEducations & Experience7+ years in instructional design, digital learning, or scientific communications (ideally in medical/pharma context)Experience developing blended and digital learning solutions for global audiencesProven experience working remotely and in on-site locations is crucial.Experienced at conducting learning needs analysis and implementing subsequent learning solutions and methods of assessment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environmentExperience with change management and overcoming local adoption barriersThorough experience designing and implementing online and printable learning resources.Experience in designing and implementing online learning assessments.Thorough experience with learning tools, applications and standards, for example, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word), HTML, SCORM, and VLEs/LMSs.Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.Please click the link below to apply, or alternatively send an up-to-date CV to ***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland****
