Technical Specialist
The successful Technical Specialist will be responsible for the installation, support, maintenance, overhaul and modification of computer systems. This role will require a high level of technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical aspects. The job involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues to reduce downtime. As a technical resource you will assist non-technical staff in resolving and explaining complex issues to customers.
A key part of this role is participating in company-wide continuous improvement initiatives demonstrating the correct use of all procedures, systems and documents. You must also ensure that accurate records are kept using various reporting systems related to breakdowns etc.
