My client, a well-established and highly respected Irish commercial law firm, is seeking a
Commercial Real Estate Associate (3+ years' PQE)
to join its market-leading Commercial Real Estate team in Dublin.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, busy, and highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team advising a diverse client base across all key sectors of the Irish economy.
You will work closely with partners and senior colleagues on a wide range of commercial property matters, while also collaborating with planning, infrastructure, energy, finance, and corporate teams on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
The role offers significant responsibility, strong client exposure, and the opportunity to work on high-value and high-profile transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will include:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Sales and purchases of investment and development assets
* Landlord & Tenant matters, acting for both major landlords and tenants across multiple sectors
* Supporting development finance transactions and working closely with banking and finance teams
* Providing real estate support to corporate transactions
* General commercial property work as required within the wider CRE team
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be
3+ years PQE
, qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
* Be comfortable managing
all stages of commercial real estate transactions
* Have a solid understanding of
banking, finance, and security documentation
* Demonstrate
excellent drafting skills
and strong attention to detail
* Be able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
* Be commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
* Communicate effectively and confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
