Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Architect with deep expertise in SAP FICO and data architecture to join our Dublin-based client. This is a senior, hands-on architecture role, working across finance, data and integration landscapes to design robust SAP solutions aligned with business strategy.
Key Contributions
1. Own the end-to-end SAP solution architecture with a primary focus on FICO (FI, CO, AA, GL, AP, AR)
2. Design and govern SAP data architecture, including financial data models, reporting and analytics
3. Define integration patterns between SAP and downstream/upstream systems
4. Provide architectural leadership across SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
5. Partner with Finance, Data and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into a technical solution
6. Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, security, data governance, and compliance standards
7. Support delivery teams through design reviews, build guidance and issue resolution
Required Background
8. Proven experience as an SAP Solutions / Enterprise Architect
9. Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FICO
10. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield)
11. Solid understanding of data architecture, including: Financial data models, Reporting & analytics (BW, SAC, or similar), Data integration and master data management
12. Experience designing complex SAP integrations
13. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
