Job description: Lead and develop a small finance team across AP, AR, payroll, and audit functions Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets with detailed variance analysis Manage cashflow reporting, banking operations, and internal controls Required profile: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant FC within hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups Strong technical accounting expertise across P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management What we offer: €65k - 75k per year + benefits Skills: Ireland Financial Controller
