Support Worker
About the Role
This role is for a Support Worker who will work on own initiative and be aware of Key Worker/Support Worker philosophy surrounding support to individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role, including detailed induction before joining. They will need ability to programme plan person centred plans,Fluent English, excellent communication skills. The individual must adapt their communication style to suit the needs of others, have patience, kindness, fun engaging qualities as well as assist daily living activities routines including personal care., help learn new skills engage community understand rights make decisions. Staff are required work shifts rota basis.
