Job Title: IT Operations Lead
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of vendors and delivery of high-quality services.
As the point of contact for multiple IT service providers, you will enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Vendor Management expertise - building and maintaining strategic relationships with vendors
* Escalation handling - managing vendor-related operational issues
* Performance oversight - monitoring vendor performance using SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Service review leadership - conducting service review meetings to enhance performance
* Operational management - ensuring consistent uptime across multiple locations
* Incident resolution - identifying and addressing systemic issues
* SIAM framework application - contributing to SIAM processes for seamless vendor integration
* Incident lifecycle management - overseeing incident resolution and driving problem management
* Change coordination - approving and managing change activities
* Service reliability improvement - implementing initiatives to enhance reliability and adopt best practices
Desirable qualifications include:
* A degree in IT or Computer Science
* ITIL certification
