Finance Assistant – Kilkenny
Are you ready to join a high-performance Finance team? We are seeking a talented finance assistant to join our Kilkenny Office and work closely with our Head of Operations and internal Finance team.

Our finance assistant will work closely with our internal Finance team and Head of Operations in our Kilkenny Head Office. The successful candidate will join a vibrant and customer focused team responsible for ensuring high quality financial management and reporting. You will provide valuable information and insights to help Ifac achieve its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable processes and invoice processing.
Support day-to-day financial operations.
Address and resolve queries promptly and effectively.
You Will Be
Successful candidates will have:
A third level qualification in business or a related discipline.
Part certified accountant pursuing an ACCA/ACA qualification would be an advantage.
1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
Experience in accounts payable would be an advantage.
Experience working within a large professional services firm, particularly across multiple entities or locations, would be advantageous.
A working knowledge of MS Office and accounts packages.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
