The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for design to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data visualizations.
Create visual narratives and presentations that effectively communicate business insights.
Analyze large datasets and identify key trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
Optimize data models and queries for dashboard performance and scalability.
Maintain documentation of visualization standards, processes, and best practices.
Stay updated on data visualization trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence.
Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and database systems.
Ability to communicate complex data insights through simple, impactful visuals.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R, or JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
