Strategic HR Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Lead to lead our people strategy and help shape a culture that reflects our social purpose. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals and values. They will oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding processes ensuring positive employee experience; implement performance management frameworks promoting accountability, engagement and feedback; coordinate training learning talent development initiatives including succession planning providing expert advice on employee relations change management HR policy driving organisational change continuous improvement projects transformation initiatives ensuring compliance employment law governance standards best practice managing HR reporting analytics informing strategy monitoring trends championing inclusion wellbeing positive workplace culture.
We require the following skills qualifications: Degree in HR related field Chartered CIPD membership Previous experience Housing Public Sector NFP Strong knowledge Irish employment law HR strategy employee relations Experience organisational change transformation HR compliance Excellent communication influencing relationship-building skills Collaborative values-driven approach solutions mindset Full driving licence access car
