Key Responsibilities
* Sales performance: Supporting Store Managers and Assistant Managers in driving sales targets through effective customer service.
* Store operations: Opening and closing the store as required, ensuring safe and legal trading practices.
* Customer service: Delivering friendly and efficient customer interactions, promoting products and resolving queries.
* Maintenance tasks: Assisting with deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.

Requirements
* High school education or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year retail experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
* Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
* Capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally
* Bending, stooping and extended reaching while placing merchandise and assisting customers
* Operating a point-of-sale system
