Project Cost Management Role
A well-established construction company in Ireland is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage large-scale commercial projects. Based in Dublin City, this position involves leading the commercial team and providing leadership support to aid in their development and skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the development of cost plans for intricate projects using diverse cost planning methods and software.
* Analyse and interpret complex data to develop long-term cash forecasts for projects, identifying discrepancies and optimizing cash flow.
* Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with clients and employers, recognizing unfavourable outcomes.
Requirements:
* Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying.
* Minimum 2 years' industry experience, having worked on commercial/residential projects.
* Exceptional communication, reporting, leadership, and relationship management skills.
