Turner and Managing the contract manual, processes, and procedures in relation to claims, organizing meetings, communication, and ensuring that all issues are resolved or brought to the attention of the relevant parties.
Assist in the management of any disputes that arises under the Client Partner Services Sub-Contracts, ensuring that they are resolved in an efficient manner to ensure the seamless and continuous delivery of service.
Qualifications Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject area, project management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business, or related disciple Level 9 Masters in relevant field would be advantageous (or equivalent masters) Experience 10+ years' contract management experience within major capital programs with 5+ years' experience working on metro rail projects or projects of a similar scale and complexity Further demonstrated experience / knowledge of the following is required: Providing leadership and direction in contract management within a large and complex organisationDeveloping and implementing contract management strategies Administrating contracts at a senior levelEmbedding contract management standard operating proceduresSetting-up and leading contractor performance and relationship management programmes and frameworkEstablishing, implementing, and monitoring key performance indicators for partner organisation Dealing with bespoke forms of contractDeveloping successful commercial relationships that benefits programme performance and delivery metricsDriving best practice in technical activities, processes, policies, and standardsUnderstanding and managing design and delivery requirements of technically complex projects in the architectural / engineering / construction sectors Dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation influencing the improvement of process and providing guidance to support project delivery and reporting Skills Ability to work within multi-disciplinary functions and teams while ensuring that all contract management related tasks are conducted in a timely and accurate manner Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines Strong ability managing relationships, at executive and operational levels Ability to drive team participation and high performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical ability Strong team leadership skills with an ability to influence to drive effective design decision making Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills along with high personal motivation and energy Ability to develop long term relationships with all team members, and effectively balance people and processes Additional Information What we offer you: Full time, permanent Competitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits 8% Pension 25 days Annual leave (23 days + 2 company days) Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects Career development opportunities both in Ireland and globally Opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleagues Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
