Youll Need to Bring: 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with at least 2 years leading a team at Director or Head of level.
A proven record of generating high-quality leads across paid media, email, content, and beyond.
Deep confidence with data analysis, performance metrics and ROI accountability.
Youve built and executed funnels that actually convertand you know your CPL from your LTV without Googling it.
Agency wrangling skills you set the tone, lead the brief, and demand results.
A ruthless focus on execution you can juggle a dozen plates without dropping your standards.
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
And, youre on-site in Dublin because energy like this doesnt work remotely.

Bonus Points (but not dealbreakers): Experience with Go High Level, Hubspot, or similar CRMs and automation tools.
Youve worked in financial services, wealth management or a trust-based service industry.
You understand high-net-worth customers, and know how to connect with them.
