Electronics Engineer Career Opportunity
* Collaborate with clients on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to enhance manufacturability and deliver NPI projects within schedule.
* Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and current cost reduction goals.
* Create assembly documentation and work instructions.
* Train production personnel in assembly procedures.
* Support the Maintenance Team in designing planned maintenance routines for all Assembly Line equipment, and perform critical Engineering Maintenance tasks as needed.
* Provide technical support to the production team.
* Develop process controls such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plan as part of the Change Management process.
Job Requirements:
* Honors Degree (or Master's) with specialization in Electronics.
* At least five years' experience in an Electronic Engineering manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrable Electronic Troubleshooting capabilities.
* Ability to read and understand electronic circuit designs and schematics.
* Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
