We want someone who wantsownership, pride, and purpose- someone who will live and breathe the service as if it were their own.The role (in plain English)You'll be the heartbeat of the house.Yes, you'll be the registered Person in Charge.Yes, you'll ensure HIQA compliance and strong governance.But more importantly, you'llshape the culture, lead the team, build trust with families, and create a home where people feel safe, known, and valued.This is ahands-on leadership role.
