Store Manager Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our dynamic team in our Airside store. This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves supporting a sales team in reaching and exceeding targets, while ensuring the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a drive for sales by leading by example
• Communicate with and motivate team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Hold responsibility for being the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven people management experience as a retail manager- Excellent communication skills - Ability to use own initiative- Strong administrative organization- Proficient Microsoft Office user
