Job Opportunity: Senior Contract Manager
* Our team is seeking a senior contract manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects nationwide.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, cost control and reporting, as well as procurement and negotiation of packages.
* The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of valuations, cost reports and variations, and support final account closure.
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Support tendering, pricing exercises, and commercial analysis where required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Management: Assist in the commercial management of multiple ongoing projects nationwide.
* Cost Control and Reporting: Provide accurate cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
* Procurement and Negotiation: Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and agreement of packages.
* Final Account Closure: Prepare valuations, cost reports, variations, and support final account closure.
Requirements:
* 24 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
* Telcoms/Utilities experience beneficial but all contracting backgrounds welcomed.
