With operations in Ireland, USA, the far east and across Europe, the business is a trusted partner to its global customer base. The business is very much in growth mode and has been scaling up its headcount. As such, and in order to support future growth initiatives, there is now a requirement to appoint an experienced, strategically focused, HR professional to lead the people agenda across the business globally.As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior HR Director will be tasked with developing and implementing the company’s global HR strategy, leading all aspects of HR. This is a broad HR leadership position, overseeing recruitment, talent management, organisational development, employee relations, reward, and HR operations. Specifically, the role will have responsibility for:Developing and executing a comprehensive global HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.Leading, coaching, and mentoring the HR team, ensuring the development of skills and competencies to support business needs.Leading workforce planning initiatives, including recruitment, talent retention, and succession planning.Leading the development and implementation of talent development programs, including leadership training, career development, and mentorship programs.Establishing robust performance management processes, providing guidance and feedback to both employees and managers.Developing competitive reward strategies to attract and retain top talent.Implementing HR software systems and processes, and drive process improvements across HR operations, to support business efficiency and effectiveness.Leading and managing change initiatives to drive organisational growth.Fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and open communication.We require an experienced HR professional with expertise in managing people, driving organisational change, and maintaining a culture of high performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and employees at all levels is paramount.A strategic outlook, with an ability to align HR practices with organisational objectives, is essential.
