Client Service Advisor

We provide innovative insurance programmes for our clients in our Corporate Risk and Broking business, leveraging our industry experience and market expertise to help them quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk.
The Role
Main responsibilities include:
1. Perform broking duties for a portfolio of clients, handling renewals, claims, mid-term alterations, and queries efficiently and courteously.
2. Develop an understanding of each client's business and culture, identifying opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
3. Build and maintain beneficial relationships with insurers and follow company procedures for renewals and new business.
4. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
5. Offer technical support to colleagues and assist in resolving client issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* CIP qualification
* Previous experience with an insurer or broker
* Strong client advocacy skills and willingness to take early responsibility.
* Passion for learning about the insurance industry and hardworking, proactive attitude.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
