Front of House Receptionist Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a Front of House Receptionist.
This is a temporary contract role that requires the successful candidate to be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Phone Management: Answering phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff members, and taking messages.
* Greeting Customers: Providing a friendly and welcoming environment, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Scheduling Appointments: Confirming appointments and managing appointment calendars.
* Administrative Tasks: Handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining patient records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within professional services.
* Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
