We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success. As a part of this role, you will be planning, coordinating, managing and reporting upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues.

✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO
Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies takes place
Conduct regular reviews with shift manager on operational performance and delivery against agreed KPI's
Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customers & our own internal processes.
Track your operations performance and understand deviations with your direct reports, supporting them with the necessary resources
Ensure 121's are completed, ensuring overall consistency across your area
✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Minimum 24 months of warehouse operations experience in 3PL background
Experience in team management
Sustainability & Health and Safety Awareness
IT literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Problem-solving skills
