Laois Scaffolding Hire are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator.
Reporting to: Operations Manager and Safety Manager.
Location: This role will be onsite in our Gorey Co Wexford Office.
Position type: Full time.
Pay: circa €40,000 plus Depending on Experience.

We Supply and Erect specialist scaffolding services to several high-profile projects nationwide, working primarily with, but not limited to major construction companies and Industrial Corporations.
The Role:
This role will focus on a range of HR administration tasks and managing the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has effective communication and multitasking skills.
Role and responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, Job Permits/Visas and renewing of same and selecting candidates.
Assisting with employee records, training records, supporting onsite staff when required.
Assist with processing new hires, apprentices, terminations, promotions, and employee status changes.
Respond to general HR enquiries from employees and management.
General Administrative Duties
Experience
* 2 - 3 years' experience in HR administration and recruitment.
· Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
