Graphic Designer (Short-Term Contract)We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a short-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for producing on-trend, fully customizable templates for a leading online template distributor.You will be working in a fast-paced production environment and must be accountable and motivated to produce unique, high-quality artwork. Because these assets are intended for public use, high attention to detail and user-centric design (usability) are strictly essential.The Graphic Designer will be a part of a wider team and is expected to be collaborative and supportive of other team members.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Design team to create high-volume content specifically for a leading online template distributor.Design fresh and visually stunning artwork that stands out globally, while ensuring all templates are highly usable, organized, and easy for the end-user to customize.Research and identify design trends and new styles that are in high demand and successfully implement them into commercial templates.Manage assets effectively and handle general administrative tasks related to file organization.Required Skills & CompetenciesEssential Priorities:Exceptional Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy is required to ensure templates are error-free and professionally structured.Focus on Usability: Understanding how a non-designer will interact with your files (layer structure, grouping, naming conventions).Superior Time Management: The ability to work within strict Quarterly plans and manage a high-volume workload under pressure.General Skills:Highly creative and self-motivated.Thorough understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well as part of a team with a range of people.Open to feedback; able to see other people's points of view and use critiques to learn and develop.Excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages.Required Experience1–3 years of experience in graphic design or visual communications.A BA in Graphic Design/Visual Communications.A qualifying portfolio demonstrating strong layout and typography skills.The ability to maintain project organization at all levels.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Specified-purposePay: €27,000.00-€29,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork from homeApplication question(s):Have you included a link to or a copy of your current portfolio?Work Location: Hybrid remote in Link Rd, Carrigrohane, CO.
