Our Organisation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Excellence Manager
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation, ensuring that all processes are aligned with strategic goals.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop key process improvement projects, analysing opportunities for improvement and prioritising initiatives based on business needs.
* Lead the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Instructions (WIs) and process flows, in line with industry best practices.
* Ensure data-driven decision making through the measurement and analysis of performance metrics.
* Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence, utilising Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to drive business improvements.
* Facilitate cross-functional projects and workshops to map current processes and design future-state solutions, engaging staff and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support.
* Develop and implement day-to-day communications plans to keep teams informed and engaged, promoting a culture of accountability and ownership.
* Promote partnerships with external stakeholders to deliver business projects and enhance organisational capabilities.
* Design and maintain standardised templates to document processes and procedures, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing errors.
* Coordinate the development and implementation of operational policies, protocols and guidelines to optimise resource allocation.
* Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards to measure improvement impact and inform business decisions.
* Support the quality function in achieving compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the design of the organisation's quality improvement programme.
* Maintain health and safety management systems in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
