As the Parts Manager, you will hold a critical leadership position, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will be entrusted with full authority and accountability for the Parts Departments performance, with a focus on maximising profitability, delivering exceptional internal and external customer service, and ensuring the efficient management of stock, supply chain, and supplier relationships. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and premium customer service. Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring an exceptional experience for retail, trade, and internal service teams. Develop, coach, and support a high-performing team within the Parts Department, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration. Maintain rigorous control over stock management, ensuring accurate inventory, cost control, and timely supply. Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to optimise supply chain performance and negotiate favourable terms. Leverage digital tools and systems to streamline parts operations and enhance the customer and staff experience. Plan and implement initiatives to drive parts sales growth, customer loyalty, and departmental profitability.
