Job Title: Design Assurance Specialist
The Role Profile:
This role is responsible for ensuring product design meets quality standards from concept through launch, while providing long-term sustaining support. The successful candidate will serve as a critical interface between the Quality and R&D teams.
* Work closely with R&D to assess and influence product designs for quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
* Evaluate schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware specifications to identify potential design-related quality risks.
* Lead design risk assessments (e.g., DFMEA) and support root cause analysis for design-related issues.
