Estimator - Mechanical Costing Expert


* You will be responsible for preparing accurate mechanical cost estimates ensuring timely submission of tenders.

* You will report directly to the Estimating Manager in Dublin office. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their team, supporting tender preparation from start to finish.

* Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents, drawings, specifications, schedules etc., for accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate should have experience with BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

* Manage quantity take-offs and populate pricing documents accordingly. Prepare competitive quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors as required by project managers or clients.

* Closely interrogate incoming quotations from sub-contractors in order to ensure they meet all package scope requirements before inclusion in bid submissions. Present the completed estimate accurately within set deadlines for review by senior management including pre construction directors,
