Senior Hotel Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Hotel Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless guest experiences at our luxury hotel in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that both check-in and check-out procedures are executed with professionalism and friendliness.

* Please note: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a hotel reception role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is required.
* You should be able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Superb interpersonal skills are necessary to enhance the guest experience throughout their stay.
* You will need to be well-presented with a polite and professional demeanor.
* Experience with utilizing hotel software such as Hotsoft is a significant advantage.
* You may be expected to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
